Repair of sunken pavers, loose stone, leaning walls and worn patios, with cleaning, resetting and sealing to renew the look.
Even well-built hardscape needs attention over time. Pavers sink where the base was weak or where a downspout dumps water, flagstone shifts, joints wash out and walls lean. Weeds grow, moss darkens surfaces and colors fade. Nashville’s heavy rain and clay soil put hardscape to the test, and a small problem often grows into a bigger one if ignored. Fortunately, much of this damage can be repaired without starting over.
We inspect the surface to find out why it moved. For sunken pavers, we lift them, correct the base, reset them level and refill the joints. For loose or cracked stone, we reset or replace pieces. We pressure wash, remove stains and moss, apply polymeric sand and seal the surface to protect it and bring back color. Leaning walls are assessed carefully and rebuilt if needed. Repair costs less than replacement, and it often extends the life of the project by many years. We also look at the whole project, not only the failed spot, because one sunken paver often points to a broader base or drainage problem. We give you honest options, from a small reset to a section rebuild, and we explain what each choice will cost and how long it should last.
We look for the reason pavers sank or stone shifted so the repair lasts.
Pavers and stone are lifted, the base is corrected and the surface is reset level.
Washing, new joint sand and sealer renew the look and protect the surface.
Walls that cannot be saved are rebuilt on solid bases.
