Leaf blowing, vacuuming and hauling that clear lawns, beds, gutters and drives through the fall and after storms.
Nashville’s hardwoods are beautiful, and they drop an astonishing amount of leaves. A thick mat of wet leaves smothers grass, hides pests, clogs drains and beds and makes walks slippery. Falling leaves can also block gutters and downspouts, leading to overflow and water damage. Waiting until the last leaf drops is a mistake, because a blanket of leaves will sit on the turf for weeks and weaken it going into winter.
Our crews remove leaves with blowers, mulching mowers and vacuums, depending on the volume and the surface. We clear lawns, beds, driveways, walks and patios, and we can clean gutters when needed. We schedule visits through the season, usually every two to three weeks in peak drop, and we haul leaves away or mulch them in place if the lawn can use them. After the last drop, we finish with a final cleanup and cutback so the yard goes into winter in good shape. We also clean around air conditioning units, window wells and storm drains when asked, and we avoid blowing debris into neighboring yards. A well-timed cleanup in late fall protects your lawn through winter, and we plan the last visit after the final heavy leaf drop so the yard is truly clear. Mulched leaves can even feed the soil when applied in a thin layer, and we leave that choice to you.
Regular passes keep leaves from matting and damaging turf.
